I bought it at Shinagawa station and the name of it is "Kai-Dukushi".
"Kai=貝" means "shell" and ”Dukushi=づくし" does, a bit of difficult to explain but "all kinds of".
Clam, asari clam, basket clam, the adductor muscle are on the rice and the taste is, off course, Japanese one.
