台湾中部で最大の夜市がオープン

台湾の台中に中部で最大規模の夜市がオープンしたそうです。(2014/7/11)

先日は高雄(カオシュン)に大きな夜市ができたばかりで、また一つ行きたい場所ができ嬉しい限り。

高雄の夜市もまだ行っていませんので、行った際にはレポートしたいと思います。

台湾 世界の安全な国ランキング2位！

LifeStyle9(lifestyle9.com/)というサイトで「Top10 Safest Countries In The World To Settle In 2014」(世界の安全な国ランキング)が発表されていました。

その中で台湾が堂々の2位！

私自身もかれこれ10数年、主に出張(仕事)でですが台湾に行っていますが、危険な目に逢った事は皆無で、10年前にタクシーで料金をボったくられたぐらいですかね（笑

また、記憶に残っているのは、初めて行くホテルの場所がわからずキョロキョロとしていると、若い女の子(多分学生と思われる)が英語で、

「何かお困りですかぁ？」

「ホテルを探してるんだけど・・」

「どれどれ(地図を見る」

「ああ、ここならあっちの方向ですよぉ~」

と親切にも教えてくれました。

まさにこのLifestyle9にあるようにまさに「people helping you before you approach」ですね。
