京急EXイン秋葉原(仮称)が2016年の春にオープン予定 (Keikyu EX Inn Akihabara will open in 2016)

京浜急行電鉄は、京急イーエックスインが運営するホテルの新規店舗として、2016年春に「京急EXイン秋葉原(仮称)の開業を予定しているとの事です。

勿論、2020年の東京オリンピックを狙っての事だと思いますが、場所としては「台東区」との事なので、浅草橋寄りだと思われます。

最近、仕事で秋葉原に行く事が多いのですが、以前にも増して外国人の観光客、特に若者が多くなったなと感じます。

秋葉原自身が若者に人気なのは周知として、観光客の人達には浅草橋周辺も散歩して欲しいですね。

秋葉原から10分程度歩けばいけますし、屋形船の発着地や人形屋、アクセサリーの素材屋など、秋葉原とはまた相対する文化に触れる事が出来ると思います。

I often go to Akihabara on business lately and I feel the number of sightseer, especially the young, is increasing than ever.

It is often said Akihabara is so popular among the young but I hope they walk around Asakusabashi-station.

They can go there within 10 minutes on foot and there are many different culture with the one in Akihabara, such as  anchoring place of Yakata-boat, doll shop, the shop that sells materials for accessory etc.
