シンガポールと言えばチキンライスが有名ですが日本のそれとは全く違います。
「日本のそれと全く違う」という事も有名です。
ご飯とチキンは別々にきます。
このバターで炒めたようなご飯がうまいのです。これだけでもOK。
勿論、チキンを載せて食べるともっとうまいのですが。
シンガポールに訪れた際には是非チキンライスを！
Chicken Rice I had in a restaurant of Bay Sands in Singapore.
Singapore is famous for Chicken Rice but it has much difference with Japanese one.
"Big difference with Japanese one" is also famous.
Rice and chicken are offered separately.
Rice seems to be fried by butter and is so delicious ! Only that is enough for me.
Off course it is more delicious to have rice and chicken together.
Let's have chicken rice all means when you visit to Singapore !
